Donate a gift in your Will
Leaving a gift in your Will is an amazing way in which to continue supporting a cause you care about beyond your lifetime.
A legacy can change the lives of generations through enabling a charity to continue its work into the future.
A legacy can be as small or as large as you like, and legacy gifts to registered charities are exempt from Inheritance Tax.
How to remember Pelican in your Will
Leaving a donation in your Will is simple.
To make a Will you should seek professional advice from a solicitor or legal advisor. If you don`t have a solicitor ask a friend or family member to recommend one. You can also find a solicitor in your area through The Law Society.
If you already have a Will in place you may need to update it - for example if your family or property circumstances have changed - in which case you might consider adding a gift to Pelican as a new clause. Or you can make a simple change to your Will with a Codicil.
