Intermusica Ltd were a real fundraising inspiration in 2016 raising almost £10,000 for Pelican Cancer Foundation!

Bristol Half Marathon

Julie Humphrey - Bristol Half

Thank you very much to Julie Humphrey who ran the Bristol Half Marathon on the 25th September 2016. Julie decided to raise money for Pelican and take on this challenge because her sister Lisa was treated for Pseudomyxoma by Mr Faheez Mohamed here in Basingstoke. Lisa underwent a very long operation that involved cytoreductive surgery. She has had an excellent recovery and was able to cheer Julie on, on the day.

Niche Finance Group get their Bake Off On



The management team at Niche Finance Group decided early this year that as a group, they wanted to give something back so we put together a charity committee to organise charity support and fundraising. As a group they decided to raise money for three different organisations; the Pelican Cancer Foundation, Harbour Cancer Support Centre and Shelter.

3D Camera for Basingstoke Hospital

The 3D Camera, which you, our supporters so kindly funded along with match funding from the Greenham Common Trust, was delivered to Basingstoke Hospital in April. The first operation using the new camera took place on the 15th April 2016 and was very successful. (In the photo you can see the team wearing their 3D glasses using the new 3D camera.)
